What is the counselling process?

A free 30 minute telephone assessment to discuss your needs, expectations and previous experience of counselling.  This is also an opportunity for us to see whether this is the right fit for you.

If we decide to go ahead, there is an initial session which is then followed by weekly or fortnightly 50 minute sessions at an agreed day and time.  We will review our work together on a regular basis, during what may be short or long term counselling.​

Are our sessions confidential?​

All sessions are confidential, however there may be some circumstances where there may be exceptions.  These would be discussed with you at assessment.​

Fees

My fees are £50 for a 50 minute session, payment by bank transfer or Paypal. Invoices are sent out following each session and payment must be made within 7 days.​

What happens if I miss or have to cancel a session?

All missed sessions are charged at the full rate unless at least 24 hours notice is given of cancellation.​
