About Me

Hello, I am Deborah.

I recognise that many of us will have periods in our lives where as the result of everyday stress, trauma, loss or anxiety our ability to process, manage and cope will be significantly impacted or reduced. At such times it can be helpful to be able to talk to someone who is able to listen, connect and empathise. Working authentically in this way can help as a way of enhancing awareness, understanding and managing these concerns.

As a qualified integrative counsellor I work with you, the client in a non-judgemental, supportive way by placing you at the heart of the therapeutic relationship.  Recognising the need for you to explore and process at in your own way and at a pace that is right for you.

As an inclusive counsellor I welcome all clients including those who may have differing racial, religious, ethnic, gender, sexuality and neurodiverse backgrounds.  I have experience of working with both adults and young people covering areas including trauma, loss and bereavement, anxiety, relationship concerns, bullying, stress, self harm, mental health and self-esteem/self-confidence issues.
I am able to offer both short and long term counselling sessions via Zoom, telephone or in person in St. Neots throughout the week, including evenings.  All sessions are strictly confidential.

If you feel that counselling could help you to explore, process and understand what you are experiencing, please contact me.

As a Registered Member of the BACP, I adhere to their Ethical Framework and professional standards.
